Tuna Biscuits

1 can tuna
2 cups cornmeal
2 cups flour
3/4 cup water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350
- Drain tuna
- Combine cornmeal, flour and salt in a large bowl and mix. Add in tuna, water and oil and mix
- Roll dough out onto lightly floured surface to about ½ inch thickness. Cut into shapes.
- Transfer to ungreased baking sheet
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown


Bacon Bagel Bites

1 package active dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 egg white
2 cups whole wheat flour
4 pieces bacon
- Dissolve yeast in water. Let stand 2-3 minutes until bubbles form. Add salt.
- Add 1 cup of flour. Gradually add the other cup while blending, until stiff dough forms.
- Knead 8 to 10 minutes by hand until smooth, but firm when pinched.
- Place dough in greased bowl, cover and let rise until it doubles in size (about 1 hour)
- Preheat oven to 450
- Turn out on floured surface and divide dough into 1 inch balls. Let relax 3 to 4 minutes then   flatten. Press a finger into the center of each, making a ring. Cover and let rise about 10   minutes.
- Heat two quarts water in saucepan. Gently place bagels in simmering water. Simmer each 30   seconds.
- Place on greased baking sheet and sprinkle with cornmeal.
- Brush top with eggwhite and sprinkle with bacon bits.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden color.


Peanut Butter Biscuits

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 water
1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine flour, wheat germ and salt in a large bowl. Mix in peanut butter, egg, oil and water.
- Roll dough out onto lightly floured surface to about ½ inch thickness. Cut out biscuits.
- Transfer biscuits to ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 25 minutes for small or 30 to 35 minutes for large.
- Cool and store in airtight container in refrigerator.


Bad Beath Banishers

2 cups brown rice flour
1 tbsp activated charcoal
3 tbsp canola oil
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2/3 cup low fat milk
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Lightly grease a cookie sheet
- Combine flour and charcoal, then add rest of ingredients
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on sheet about 1" apart
- Bake for 15-20 minutes
- Store in fridge in air tight container


Beefy Doggie Cookies

2 six ounce jars of beef and vegetable baby food
1 cup of wheat germ
2 cups of nonfat dry milk
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- Cut into shapes or drop by spoonfuls on sheet
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges brown
- Cool and store in fridge


Pupsicles

2 cups low salt beef or chicken broth
2/3 cup of water
- Mix water and broth together
- Pour mixture into ice cube trays
- Place in freezer and serve cold
